The Golf Club at Terra Lago

Established in 1998, The Golf Club at Terra Lago presents 36 challenging holes between the North and South Courses.  The Golf Club provides some of the most unique and stunning views of the Coachella Valley. The North Course measures 7,060 yards from the championship tees with a rating of 73.7/slope 137 but has 4 sets of tees for all skill levels. The North Course measures 5,067 yards with a rating of 69.7/slope 124 for women.

The South Course measures 7,044 yards from the championship tees with a rating of 75.1/slope 140, but with 4 sets of tees for all skill levels. The South Course measures 5,045 yards with a rating 70.9 /slope 128 for women.

The Golf Club has a full-service practice facility with a full driving range, practice putting greens, and practice bunkers along with PGA instructors and a fully-stocked Pro Shop. Indio’s six elementary and two middle schools are highly-rated under the California Distinguished Schools program.  Private schools in Indio include Grace Academy (K–8), Indio Christian Center (1–12), River Springs Charter School (K–12), Our Lady of Perpetual Help (PK–8), Trinity Lutheran Child Development Center (PK, K) and Christian School of the Desert (PK–12), located in nearby Bermuda Dunes.  

For higher education, College of the Desert (C.O.D)  is the Coachella Valley’s community college. Riverside County has a Regional Occupational Program facility in Indio that provides vocational education courses in the Coachella Valley’s job market.
