Indian Wells Country Club Community offers a state of luxury and serenity that is unmatched in this area. The Club offers two elite championship golf courses, known as the Classic Course and the Cove Course. The Classic Course was designed by Eddie Sussalla in 1956 and planned by himself and the other founders of this elite Club community: Desi Arnaz, Paul Prom, Linn Johnson, Earl Murphy, Milt Hicks, Bill Worthing, and John Curci. The par 72 course features almost 6,500 yards of playable fairways and holes, and offers a slope rating of 127. This course was the original home to the Bob Hope classic for more than 40 years.
The Cove Course is an 18-hole championship course that was built many years after the Classic Course. It offers players over 6,500 yards of play with a par 72 and a 121 slope rating. The Cove Course at Indian Wells Country Club Community was also designed by Eddie Sussalla, with help from Ted Robinson, Sr. Both courses feature exquisite landscapes, water features, and stunning views of the mountainous region in which the Club is situated.
Homes in the Indian Wells Country Club Community offer frontage on both of these courses, and have been providing luxurious golf community living to their residents since 1956. The Indian Wells Country Club Commumity has been dubbed the “Fun Club of the Desert” since it was first built. In addition to the golf courses, the Club features golf groups, a golf academy, four private dining areas, and a full calendar of events for its members.
With a 70,000 square foot clubhouse, the Indian Wells Country Club Community has something to offer everyone in the elite realm of country club membership. Members are chosen very carefully, and new members are only welcomed by invitation of a current member of the Club.
