I have the highest regard for Elaine’s work. She helped me buy two properties in Palm Springs and sell another. All these transactions went very smoothly and quickly. She has an excellent sense of market conditions and prices properties realistically for buyers and sellers. She also has a sharp eye for potential pitfalls.
