“We have looked for a winter residence in the Coachella Valley for several years and knew exactly what we wanted; south facing, no cart path near us, no slice zone for golf balls, water on the course in front of us, wide or double fairway, mountain view and in one of the clubs we preferred. We first met Elaine several years ago during our search (discovered her over the internet). She listened to what we were looking for and when we came down to the Valley she met us and showed us quite a number of properties at both ends or our price range but we didn’t find that perfect fit. She gave us an honest assessment of the marketplace and did not push us in any way. We waited.

Elaine kept in touch and during April of this year she called and said she felt the market was right for us now and may have the perfect place based on our wish list. We looked at several possibilities and narrowed our search down UNTIL she showed us the one she thought could be perfect for us. Elaine was right. We have now closed on our wonderful new home at the Citrus Club in La Quinta and are very excited about it.

From the very beginning and all through the process to closing, Elaine’s service to us has been superb. We were picky—she was precise. We wanted to take enough time to make sure we found just the right place—she was patient. We knew what we wanted—she found it.
