Located in the beautiful Palm Springs area of Southern California, the Desert Princess Country Club is just 90 miles east of Los Angeles through Interstate 10. Rental rates do vary from season to season, but the current rates are set at a price you do not want to miss out on. Currently a one bedroom condo is priced at $2,400 per month while a two bedroom condo is priced at $3,200. If you are looking for a villa you can find a two bedroom villa for $3,800 and a three bedroom villa with a pool for $4,500 per month.
All rentals have exquisite accommodations for you to take advantage of. It all depends on the condo or villa you opt to go with and there are plenty for you to choose from.
The country club is located right in the center of everything. It is a golfer’s heaven with a world class 27 hole championship course. Desert Princess Country Club also offers an incredible pro shop with all of the latest in fashion for the links and a complete PGA professional golf school to tone your skills.
If you are just vacationing here, you will find that the club and resort does extend an invitation for you to become social members of the club. There is a wide array of golf packages for you to take advantage of. Each package is sure to accommodate the fervent golfer in some form or another.
Whether you are looking to relax or want to get out on the town, there are a plethora of local attractions to keep you entertained. Some of the local attractions to take note of include the Pal Springs Tram, the Fabulous Palm Springs Follies, and the 48th Annual Bob Hope Classic.
If you are an avid gambler and like to take your chances on the tables, there are several casinos for you to hit up. You will find casinos in every direction to win, or maybe lose, some of that built up money. The course consists of lavish fairways, incredible tiff dwarf Bermuda greens, 21 lakes, 85 sand traps, and four different sets of tees. All of these features combine to offer a true challenge for all golfers.
The next sport to try out at the country club is tennis. The tennis clubhouse overlooks two lighted tournament courts and eight additional tennis courts. This club is fortunate to be home of the Moore Tennis Academy. The Academy features some of the top instructors in the entire Coachella Valley area and hosts numerous events. There are several different options and activities for people of all ages and ability levels to try out.
If you are looking to get a little exercise in, there is a fitness trainer that is knowledgeable in all aspects of physical training. You can also find yoga classes to attend on Mondays and Wednesdays.
After working out the muscles you are going to want to head down to the spa where you can really relax and enjoy the beauty of the Desert Princess Country Club. The skincare treatments include customized masks, body and facial waxing, paraffin treatments and skin analysis. There is also a newly added nail service salon that offers spa pedicures and manicures. Lastly, you will find a coed dry heat sauna, lockers, showers, two facial rooms and three massage rooms.
The last part of this magnificent country club you will enjoy is the fine dining experience. There is a lounge bar that is open every afternoon with a big screen TV for golf and sports viewing. In addition, you will find a dining room that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner regularly with delicious food to take in.

The golf shop staff, led by Director of Golf Rand Veal, PGA, is available for assistance with golf equipment needs, merchandise, accessories, golf course information. Desert Princess Country Club offers instruction from both of our PGA Professionals and our assistant PGA Professionals.

Desert Princess Country Club is fortunate to be the home of the Moore Tennis Academy. Located at the Tennis & Fitness Center, this Academy boasts the top instructors in the entire Coachella Valley and plays host to the leading events schedule in the area.
The Academy’s activity schedule is packed with options for all ages and ability levels. Daily clinics are offered for adults and juniors.
Games can be arranged for those interested in being paired up with other players.
WEEKLY TENNIS CLINICS:
Tuesday’s & Thursday’s; Power Hour are One hour of cardio workout while hitting tons of balls. A great workout and very popular. You can go at your own pace, so come out and enjoy the workout with us.
Tuesday’s 9-10am & Thursday’s 8:30- 9:30 am $12/members $16/non-members
Friday’s is Doubles Day. 1/2 hour “tip of the day” followed by one hour of desert princess country club tennis play.
The Class runs from 9-10:30 $10/members $12/non-members
Saturday; Doubles Clinic. 1 & 1/2 hours of intense doubles drilling for the 3.5 level player and better(check with Charlie Moore if this class is suitable for you)
Clinic runs from 9-10:30 $12/members $16/non-members
The fitness center is open Monday-Saturday 7:00am-7:00pm
Sunday 7:00am-5:00pm
FITNESS TRAINING
Your fitness trainer is quite popular and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of physical training, she challenges her clients to achieve their goals and to strive to get the most out of each training sessions.
YOGA CLASSES
Desert Princess Yoga classes have been very well attended lately and continue to grow, they have gone from offering one class per week to now 2 classes in just one month. The instructor has a wealth of knowledge and is also available for private instruction if needed. First timers will receive a free class, always!
Classes are Monday’s & Wednesday’s from 1;30-2:45pm $12/members $15/non-members Packages also available.
Spa
The Body Center’d is located in the Tennis, Fitness and Spa Therapy center. The therapists have extensive training in the healing arts including massage, skin care and luxurious spa body treatments. The service menu includes all levels of massage from relaxation to therapeutic, sports and deep tissue massage. Also offered is Reflexology, facials, body wraps, therapeutic hot stone and aromatherapy.
